CULTIVATE

Cultivation is all about encouraging others to achieve their full potential. This workshop series will provide employers and organizations with an opportunity to cultivate their employees and staff. It will allow attendees to improve how they work individually and as part of a team. It will allow them to understand their current level of ability and skill, determine what their goals are, identify what it is they need to learn and improve in order to achieve their goals, and then identify a path for acquiring these skills and achieving their goals. Thereby making them more productive, more valuable and more engaged parts of the organization.

MOTIVATE

When you think of motivation in the workplace many things may come to mind: money, the corner office, promotion, or a better quality of life. The truth is, what most people want is acknowledgement of their value, whether in tangible or intangible form. While it is true that motivation must come from within, this is not the only truth. Company leaders have the power to not only motivate employees but to encourage them to discover how to self-motivate. The reverse is also true. The Motivate workshop series works with both managers and employees to understand and employ the concept and tools of motivation.
